What has happened? 
We're currently having an issue with one of our DNS servers and some websites may not resolve properly reporting an error related to DNS.

All domain names that use the following nameservers are affected by this issue.

If you're using the above nameservers, please update the domain with the following nameservers.

02. If your domain is not registered with us, please contact your domain provider to update the nameservers.

I have updated the nameservers but my website is not yet online?
Once you update the nameservers, please allow up to 3-5 hours for the DNS propagation. Please submit a support ticket if you still see any issues after few hours.
